Chairperson

The head of one of the member agencies serves as chairperson of the ENCA-network for the time between the plenary meetings, ending with the plenary meeting she/he is chairing.

Secretariat

A secretariat supports the network.

Organising Committee

The chairperson is supported by the outgoing and incoming chair. The "Organising Committee" plans the agenda for the upcoming Plenary Meeting and is responsible for invitations to external participants.
